Week 5/27 - Accomplished
Acknowledge what you accomplished despite all the "life" that went on around you!
This is a time to review this week’s intentions. ==> The post from Monday can be found here.
One Focus
Yay! I did accomplish getting this publication off the ground! I’m giving myself a big pat on the back for that! Despite the storms that came through our area and knocking our power out for a day! We are so fortunate. Some folks are still without power in our area. I didn’t accomplish the 500 words for the children’s work I’m writing. But, since I had technically planned to do it on Monday, and we were without power, I’ll lean on that as my excuse. And who knows, there’s still the weekend!
Find Balance
I found some balance. No power on Monday meant a huge digital rest. My my my… how despite the crazy of no power and running around from house to house, I managed to feel “more rested.” My duties as caregiver are increasing. Today was supposed to be my coffee house day. But, I opted to stay home and put up my feet.
Productivity
I broke Facebook. I finished unfollowing every person in my friend list. This week I’ve had nothing but posts from groups, pages, and sponsored ads. And, I’ve thought “Oooh, I wonder how so and so is doing?” I’ve slowly added people back. It felt good. I got this publication off the ground, which included some typing and collusion of words. I’m proud of my productivity this week.
Flourish
Some journaling and thinking resulted in a post this week. What do you want? (Thanks to my business mentor for affirming a thought I had been journaling about.) Again, despite some of the crazy in life, I feel as though I took some steps this week to flourishing in my life, and in my writing life.
